There is something about heading to the mall that actually helps get me into the Christmas Spirit. However, it can also be very stressful with increased foot traffic of shoppers, losing your vehicle in the busy parkades and trying to simply find the stores. These 5 Insider tips will make for easy holiday shopping at Metropolis at Metrotown this year!

Having worked at Metropolis At Metrotown, I like to think I’m fairly familiar with the largest shopping centre in BC but times change and new stores happen. Text Guest Services is an amazing service allowing shoppers to text your questions and inquiries to Guest services at 604-359-9111 for help.

You can text them while in the mall or even from home during mall hours while planning your holiday shopping at Metropolis at Metrotown. Send them a message inquiring about store locations, mall hours, parking, children’s stroller, and so much more.

With all proceeds going back to the charities, this is a great time to take advantage of this amazing service and sneak those gifts into the house without the kids sneaking a peek. There are 2 gift wrap booths this year, one in front of The Disney Store and the other in front of Plenty on the top floor.  Don’t know where exactly they are? Text guest services!

But for those hard to shop for people and we’ve all got one.  (Maybe it is us that is the hard one to shop for?) But either way, the Metropolis’ gift card will solve all of your problems! They are available for purchase at Guest Services, their dedicated holiday gift card kiosks and even online at www.metropolisatmetrotown.com They are redeemable throughout the mall, as well as 22 other Ivanhoe Cambridge shopping centres across Canada.

You can even skip the line and receive a text when Santa is ready for you but if you do end up in the line, they have thought of everything.
