Apple Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Cookie
Apple Cinnamon Cookies
  • ½ cup 122 grams unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 scoop of Perfect Protein Vanilla Protein from Botanica Health
  • 1 small apple diced
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon salt
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out a heaping scoop of the mixture and place on lined baking sheet. 

  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until mixture is set. 5. Top with an additional sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.
